Valuations
Increasingly we are being instructed to provide valuations for private pension purposes. Property taxation is a further area of active involvement where we provide valuation advice and report to clients which help identify and quantify their potential exposure to taxation. Where necessary we liaise closely with our clients Accountants and undertake negotiations with the Inland Revenue. The particular areas of activity include Inheritance Tax work and Capital Gains Tax valuations.
Lease Renewals
For Landlord clients this is a chance to review investment requirements and negotiate most suitable terms having regard to future plans.When acting for Tenants we similarly seek to achieve the best possible lease terms having regard to their business needs and forecasts for the future.
Rent Reviews
We provide a professional service to both tenants and landlords with an aim to either maximise the return for a landlord or limit the amount of any proposed rent increase for a tenant. Negotiations are usually successfully settled but if need be cases are taken to Arbitration or Independent Expert.
